We are thrilled to present the EP, titled 'Tones' by Coma Soul.
The Moscow-based electronic duo display in their brand new release, two cinematic original tracks: Cold Tones and Warm tones, which are accompanied by three diverse and fascinating remixes. The opening track of the EP is 'Cold Tones', a deep melancholic tale with a foggy atmosphere, fragments of deep muffled voices, and dramatic synth and guitar riffs that will give you the shivers. Coming up next is 'Warm Tones', displaying a cosmic, romantic vibe, filled with snuggly sounds, dreamy synth melodies, and gentle guitar riffs, which will make you feel in a hypnagogic state. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to have back our label boss Nadav Dagon, with a groovy interpretation for 'Cold Tones', full of middle-eastern vibes, eccentric bass pulses, and pleasurable percussion making a journey perfectly suited for the dance floor. The 2nd remix for 'Cold Tones' comes straight from Osaka, by the Japanese producer Ground with his debut on our label. In his interpretation, Ground took the original's melancholic atmosphere to a deeper state with its whirling witchy sounds, accompanied by captivating synth riffs, and glass and metallic sounds, creating an extremely psychedelic tale. Last but not least we have the pleasure to welcome two gifted Tel Aviv-based producers, Diploid and Mojon with their remix for 'Warm Tones'. This splendid Afro House-ish remix, teleports the warm vibes of the original straight to the dancefloor, with the use of shakers, percussion, a driving bassline, and caressing synth and guitar riffs.
